Data controller

Neurosoft is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at philip@neurosoft.se. Neurosoft is based in Sweden.

Information we collect

  • Information you submit in the contact form: name, company, email, inquiry type and message.
  • Technical information required to deliver the website, such as IP address and browser type, processed in server logs.
  • Cookie preferences you set on this website.

We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website.

Contact forms

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to read, assess and answer your inquiry, and to follow up on any resulting business relationship.

Website usage

The website can be used without accepting optional cookies. Server logs are generated as part of normal website operation and are used for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

Necessary cookies and local storage are used to remember your cookie preferences. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent. See the Cookie Policy for details and to change your choice at any time.

Analytics

No analytics provider is currently active on this website. If privacy-friendly analytics are introduced, they will load only after analytics consent has been given, and this policy will be updated.

Legal basis

  • Legitimate interest — answering inquiries and operating a secure website.
  • Consent — optional cookies and any future analytics or marketing tools.
  • Contract — processing needed to prepare or perform an agreement with you.
  • Legal obligation — where retention is required by law, such as accounting rules.

Data retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted. Data subject to statutory retention requirements is kept for the period the law requires.

Third-party processors

We use service providers for hosting, email and website infrastructure. Processors act on our instructions under data processing agreements and only for the purposes described here.

International transfers

We aim to keep processing within the EU/EEA. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is based on an appropriate safeguard, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights under the GDPR

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Erasure — request deletion where the conditions are met.
  • Restriction — request that processing be limited.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.

Complaints

If you believe your data is processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Product privacy policies

Neurosoft products, including ReportGrid and Searva, are separate services and may have their own privacy policies and data processing terms. Those policies apply to the use of those products.
